    Hi David, the chemical recommendations and email options are only available with a serial code. Refunds are available 1 week from the purchase date.

    Does not show quantity of chemicals needed to balance pool. Email option advertised but no feauture availabe in app. Would not purchase.

    Semi-helpful. Not very useful for a homeowner. Doesn't address common issues such as algae and cloudiness. I found better info online.
