Citizens Connect helps Boston residents make their neighborhoods more beautiful by reporting local issues such as potholes, graffiti, and streetlights. Reports are routed immediately to the appropriate city department. Residents can track status of their requests and tweet about them to their friends.

    App is great, city is slow.
    App works just fine. Its great to be able to alert the city to issues. Now if only Boston would act in a timely manner...

    Great concept,
    but limited since it only applies to the City of Boston. Any plans to expand to Cambridge, Somerville, Brookline, Newton, Quincy, etc?

    Could be great, but with a major bug
    This app would be really useful, but crashes every time I try to attach a photo, rendering it useless. I hope it'll be updated soon; I've submitted a number of crash reports. Motorola Droid, Android 2.3.5.
