    Just took a course and this is the new method, more oxygen in blood then in a breath, yes 911 then start. something better than nothing

    Im in the EMS field. Folks this is the new CPR. Breathing is being phased out. Fast and hard. Yup you may break a few ribs but it usually happens.

    I am certified in first aid and cpr. Was not trained in a hard and fast method. We where told you can cause fractures or breaks, better then dying
