People stricken with ALS, stroke, MD or similar diseases: regain your voice. Talk Now lets you use your Android phone or tablet to vocalize your needs. Select a phrase from a set of categories to have it spoken. Talk Now comes pre-loaded with common phrases and categories, or you can add your own. Talk Now can even play recorded messages.

Use the built-in blackboard to draw words and pictures to aid in your communications.

Recently changed in this version:

Version 1.4 fixed minor initialization bugs.

Version 1.3 adds the ability to add, edit and delete default buttons in the top section. All categories and phrases are now configurable through the app menus.

Version 1.2 added support for French

The French translation was donated by one of our users. If you would like to have your native language supported and are willing to spend an hour translating a few strings, please contact the developer by using the Preferences/Feedback option.

    Installed this on a acer a100 7" tablet. It doesn't work correctly. I can select the phrases, but no speech happens. The volume control slider plays its sound, but not the speech. Any ideas on how to fix this?
